The CloserAI can also reason based on the information in your uploaded documents to answer your questions, identify patterns and relationships, and generate different outputs tailored to your specific needs in various use cases. For example, in the legal domain, you can use The CloserAI to generate summaries of key legal clauses or compare different contracts. In healthcare, you can use The CloserAI to create reports summarizing patient medical history or generate questionnaires tailored to specific symptoms. In education, you can use The CloserAI to create study guides summarizing key concepts from textbooks or generate practice problems based on learning materials.

Limitations on Research Support and Onsite Tech Support

Our technical support team ("Tech Support") is here to assist you with using CloserAI and resolving technical issues related to CloserAI. Tech Support cannot be involved in your research activities or any tasks associated with your research.

4. Prompts, Outputs, and Materials

• You can submit documents and other materials ("Prompts") to The CloserAI for processing.
• The CloserAI will generate responses based on your Prompts ("Outputs").
• Prompts and Outputs are collectively referred to as "Materials."
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit all Prompts to The CloserAI.
• The CloserAI outputs may not always be accurate and should be independently verified.
• The CloserAI may use anonymized Materials to improve the Services and develop other products. We will not use your Materials for training purposes without your permission.

5. Security and Safety

• The CloserAI is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all users.
• You are responsible for ensuring the prompts you submit are safe and ethical.
• This includes avoiding prompts containing threats or promoting violence.
• Violation of these safety guidelines may result in an initial warning and potential account suspension.

6. Feedback

You are welcome to provide feedback on The CloserAI. We may use your feedback without any obligation to you.

7. Fees and Payment

• Certain features of The CloserAI may require a fee.
• We reserve the right to change our fees at any time.
• All fees are refundable within thirty days of purchase, excluding any processing fees, provided your request meets our refund policy guidelines and involves unused portions of your subscription.

The CloserAI may use or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

The CloserAI and all related intellectual property rights are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use The CloserAI in accordance with these Terms.
